Wash uffizi drive me to Firenze

Yesterday we arrived in Florence after a train ride where we met 2 Jewish kids from Maryland who were also touring Italy. We didn't post on the blog because the wifi is spotty here and our phones died.

We walked around Florence and honestly I fell completely in love. It's so incredibly beautiful and perfect. Today we're doing museums, since they're closed on Monday, and we're doing churches tomorrow since they have mass today. There is a GELATO FESTIVAL going on today too! It's got all the gelato places from Florence and they have tastings, a gelato museum, and a gelato school.

I'll take lots of pictures and upload them tonight!

Oh ya, and a bird pooped on Michael. Revenge for him chasing every bird in Rome.
